Inquiry information

The information
you choose to share.

This page explains the business inquiry form and how information submitted through it is used.

Information collected

The form collects your name, organization or agency, email address, inquiry category, relevant sector and message. You may also provide a phone number. Procurement inquiries may include product specifications, quantities, a delivery area and a target schedule.

Purpose

Holliman Harcourt uses the information you submit to understand, route and respond to your inquiry. Holliman Harcourt is the public-facing brand; Holliman Harcourt, LLC is the currently registered legal entity. Inquiries may relate to Communications, Technology, Operations or a combination of sectors. Submitting the form does not create an order, contract or purchasing commitment.

What happens when you submit

The site stores the inquiry in its database and returns a reference number when it is recorded successfully. Keep the reference for related correspondence. A successful submission confirms that the inquiry was recorded; it does not confirm that an email was delivered.

Share only what is needed

Please provide business information relevant to the conversation. Do not submit passwords, classified material, sensitive personal records or information subject to restrictions that prevent you from sharing it.

Corrections and questions

To correct inquiry details, request deletion or ask about the information you have submitted, email inquires@hollimanharcourt.com and include your inquiry reference where available.

Direct email

You can use the email link instead of the form. It opens your own email application; a message is sent only when you send it from that application.
